The men needed a plan to get the cubs out of the water safely. What was the best approach? And most importantly, what was the safest way?
Despite their size, the cubs were still wild animals. Once the fishermen got close enough, anything could happen. They had to work wisely and carefully to ensure the rescue went smoothly.
